Artistic communication of musicians in a creative team is a well-coordinated interaction of different individuals with a common goal of achieving the highest quality of performance. For better formation of this type of communication, a special technique is needed. The method of forming artistic communication among the members of a musical group is an interconnected, sequentially mastered by musicians three-stage algorithm of the actions of a conductor or teacher in order to form artistic communication among performers. The article substantiates the need for artistic communication among the participants of musical groups for their professional activities and the creation of a new imaginative representation that will help to understand and interpret the author's intention, gives an idea of artistic communication and its types in relation to the problem of research. The method of formation of artistic communication is described and emphasis is placed on its first stage as fundamental for professional activity, the idea is emphasized that the methodology should be built on a diverse repertoire, which includes works of various directions from classical to modern with the construction of intonation in dodecaphonic and serial techniques, as well as the study of modern notation on their examples. Specific tasks and exercises are given, the work on which will contribute to the formation of artistic communication in the educational professional team.
