Today, high-strength steels are widely used in various industries. The combination of high strength with sufficient ductility, viscosity, cold resistance and satisfactory weldability opens up wide opportunities for the manufacture of welded structures from these steels. The difficulty of welding alloy steels is associated with the need to obtain a welded joint with mechanical properties close to the base metal. This is achieved either by technological measures (the correct choice of welding materials and welding modes), or by heat treatment of the welded joint. The most widely used welding method remains mechanized arc welding with a melting electrode.
