In the terms of global markets the problem of real estate management standardization becomes even more relevant. The article is devoted to the solving of problem of commercial real estate managements tandardization in Russia under such conditions. In the present work main models of management are systematized. The article analyses the experience of the best managerial companies and expresses the author’s opinion about standards of real estate management including RICS. Authors specify conceptual approach to standardization.
