A sorption method for depuration of industrial wastewater by a new nanostructured integrated sorbent based on the bentonite clay of the Tagansky deposit and mineral wool production wastes is proposed. It is shown that during mechanical activation of bentonite clays together with the waste production of mineral wool increases the content of clay particles less than 1 μm. For galvanic wastewaters comprehensive and effective depuration from heavy metals ions is recommended integrated nanostructured sorbent (INSS), based on bentonite clay of the 11th horizon and waste production of mineral wool. The optimal conditions for the process are as follows: the ratio of components in the INSS - bentonite clay : waste mineral wool production = 2:1; a rational mode of mechanical activation by grinding and the nanostructuring of the source ma- terials of integrated sorbent - 15 min; the ratio S : L = 1 : 100 (1 g of the paste (in terms of dry substance) in 100 cm3 of cleanable solution); sorption time of 3 h with constant stirring.
