The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical approaches to improving management in the system of participants interaction in investment and construction projects based on cloud technologies. The article shows that the existing communication channels between the participants of the investment and construction projects, mainly based on verbal communication and traditional document management, are outdated and are losing their relevance every year, because they do not provide the necessary efficiency in the transmission of information, the quality of the transmitted data. A business model of the construction industry has been developed with the inclusion of cloud technologies in the process of interaction of investment and construction projects participants according to the method proposed by Osterwalder A., Pigneur I. The significance of the work for the theory is expressed in a systematic representation of the possibilities of organizational, technological and information integration of the design and construction stages based on the creation of a unified information base.
