Based on the analysis of the experience of the creation of cultural quarters as a strategy for the revitalization and theming of urban spaces, the author proposes the concept of the formation of the cultural quarter of constructivism as a part of the commemoration of the Sverdlovsk / Ekaterinburg constructivism’ architectural heritage.
