Organizational strategies have altered significantly as personnel management, HRM, and talent management have evolved. This is due to the fact that in the years after industrialization, as jobs and laborers increased, people's lives-which had previously taken on a mechanical aspect-became unique identities once the digital era arrived. The information axis has been shaped during this time, and globalization has given it tremendous velocity. It places a strong emphasis on information production and talent management techniques for managing people and multinational corporations that have reduced the size of the world to a tiny hamlet. It is claimed that workers should assist companies in developing and becoming more inventive and creative. Human resources management, which prioritizes each employee as an individual, talent management techniques, which select workers based on their aptitude for original and creative thought, and personnel management, which sees workers through a mechanical lens, all lend credence to this paradox. The goal of this research is to perform a thorough literature review on the transformation from traditional Human Resource Management (HRM) to contemporary Talent Management practices in response to the labour market demands. Numerous investigations were carried out based on earlier works. The study made use of resources such as Google Scholar, Ebsco Discovery, ResearchGate, etc.
