The article substantiates the development trends of property relations regarding the provision of services in electronic circulation, such as the increase in the rate of their diversification, the formation of crowd sites during their provision (services), the need to incorporate services into the "web of international communications", etc. Based on the analysis, the author identifies some of the problems of civil regulation of relations on the provision of services in the light of trends of their digitalization.The article substantiates the need to improve regulatory regulation and the prospect of further scientific research in the direction of the formation of effective legal regimes.
