In article on materials of representative sociological researches of 2012-2014 problems of training and sociocultural adaptation of labor migrants and their children are considered. The difficulties of this process having objective and subjective character are shown. Solutions of the put problems on the basis of the analysis real educational and adaptation the practices of migrants and their children are offered.
