The article presents the results of studying the issue of assessing the social effectiveness of stimulating the parental work of employees in the organization, which made it possible to state the absence of such tools at present. The author developed criteria and indicators for assessing the social effectiveness of stimulating the parental work of employees in the organization, as well as the results of testing the methodology. The developed methodology allows us to offer the most effective ways to increase the social effectiveness of stimulating parental labor.
