The liquid borosilicates presents the polymerized electrolytes whose structural units include the complex anions with different degree of complexity. Kinetics of the polymerization processes with participation of the oxygen anions in the liquid borosilicates is investigated. It is shown that the great sizes and complexity of the polymeric formations induce retardation of structural relaxation and transport properties (thermal, ultrasonic, magnetic and electric affectings). Mobility of cations (K+) in the oxide melts with the nonequilibrium structure is studied.
