The contribution presents the results of the development of certified reference materials of electric and magnetic characteristics of permalloy nanocoatings on silicon. The CRMs are used in the current production of FGUP "NPO Automation" for the calibration of Omega-400 system and semi-automatic probe system. The works were carried out under a state contract 120-150 "Development of methodological component of the regional office of the Center of measurement assurance and conformity assessment of nanotechnology products and nanotechnology industry in the Urals Federal District."
