The Analysis of primary motivation of workers smelter to the provision of dental care showed a low level of motivation among men of all ages (31%), mostly in groups of 20-ly and over 65 years of age. Women identified the average level of motivation in the age group 45-54 years (20.9%) and the level of motivation «upper-middle» -aged 20-34 years (21,1%).
