The article describes the use of the multi-agent resource conversion processes model for the survey of enterprises processes. The aim of the survey is to analyze and eliminate the bottlenecks in the production and quality of products. The applicability of the multi-agent simulation modeling to the production processes estimation has been performed. The processing shop model has been designed with the use of a processes models creation module of the metallurgical enterprise information system. The following solution has been found as a result of experiments via optimization module of the metallurgical enterprise information system. There are needs in increase the number of heat-treatment furnaces and reduction the number of staff. Application of the found recommendations in practice will improve the quantity and quality of products and reduce costs on the pay of staff idle.
