Various drug forms with declared and potential antioxidant properties intended for ophthalmic use have been investigated. The antioxidant activity was determined by a potentiometric method using potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) as an oxidizer model. The antiradical activity was studied using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) stable radical test. The half-life periods of the investigated drug forms were determined. The ratio of antioxidant and antiradical activity to the content of the main active substance has been assessed
