Improvement of process indicators is possible by choosing economical means taking into account local conditions: production characteristics, availability of labor, methods of work, etc. The practice of domestic enterprises engaged in the design, development and implementation of potato cultivation and harvesting technologies shows that there are many features in the organization of events, a set of technological operations and the timing of their implementation.
