The article analyzes the legal regulation and experience in the provision of medical services in the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. New rules for the provision of telemedicine services and the practice of their use are being explored. The supranational problems of legal regulation of medical services were revealed on the example of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. Proposals to improve the legal regulation of the provision of telemedicine services were formulated.
