In the article the problem of creating and understanding an integrative scientific direction "civilizational neoindustrial as the fifth worlds theory" is posing. The need for such direction comes from the danger of social hybridization as a consequence of the uncertainty and the imposition of civilizational choice on the elites and peoples. Four leading world theories are described. The advantages of neoindustrial civilization, which in these crisis conditions, saves humanity from barbarism, arouses because it requires from healthy civilizations to carry out his Messianic civilizational choice of output in the future. The development of the concept of the neoindustrial system in modern Russia is complicated by the uncertainty of civilizational choice and the lack of formality of the political subject of choice, and the uncertainty of class and historical interests leads to the hybridization of social institutions. Russia in conditions of civilizational chaos is faced with the need for a new emergency mobilization. Society for development and propaganda in education of fifth world theory of dialectics of neoindustrial should more truly represent the quality of the building. The inevitable modernization of Russia in the direction of neoindustrial necessitates the formation of a new type of an adult.
