This article deals with the main elements of a new type of business-class housing - urban villas, which developers are only beginning to show interest in. The project of complex territory development is based on a land plot in the town of Sysert (Sverdlovsk region). The choice of this type of housing is justified by the eco-direction of the territory development concept: high energy efficiency and eco-friendly materials allow observing the principles of green economy in development.
