A variant for using of the QForm software package to predict the thickness and shape of a finished part with multi-pass deep drawing of a hemispherical part, depending on friction conditions is considered. During the simulation, various options for tool lubrication are considered and the optimal option is determined that ensures uniform thinning of the workpiece in four passes, the shape and wall thickness of the finished part in accordance with the requirements of design documentation.
