This article describes the issues related to the use of an operational wardrobe during operational investigative actions of a legendary nature. In addition to the means already considered, the current operational investigative legislation establishes the use of other means (Part 3 of Article 6 of the Law on the ORDO), which are specially designed and adapted for use by the subjects of the ORDO during the OPM. The regulatory and legal regulation of their use is carried out mainly by departmental subordinate regulations. Due to the existence of a legal framework and positive operational investigative practice, it is necessary to identify a set of material objects specifically designed to carry out operational investigative functions and solve particular tasks of the ORD. These include means of conspiracy and financial means. The operational wardrobe is considered as one of the most effective ways to disguise an operational officer in order to collect the necessary materials of operational interest. Also, the operational wardrobe is considered in the context of disguise, confidentiality and convenience for employees involved in the implementation of such events. Special attention is paid to technical means and the importance of acting in accordance with the specifics of the tasks, because depending on operational activities and the environment, the wardrobe must be adapted for the successful implementation of the necessary actions.
