Quality of mix ignition process at sintering car depends on many uneven factors such as properties of gas, mixed materials and parameters of whole sintering process as well. These factors make hard to build an adequate mathematical model for the ignition process control. In this article we described an algorithm and a complex mathematical model for the ignition process control of mix, which can be successfully used in order to control the ignition process.
