This publication is a contemporary study related to development of measures aimed to improve efficiency of human resources administration in the environment of an economic and social crisis Russia is going through. It covers outlooks on the nature of study of human resources management in the Russian and foreign psychology, and analyzes basic issues of unbiased acquisition of data for the process. This paper contains information about theoretical foundation of a problem of personnel management efficiency improvement, study of this phenomenon in the context of a specific enterprise, and ways to optimize and maximize human resources management efficiency in the Context of the economic and social crisis.
