The article presents a methodology for assessing the direction of the innovation process implementation at industrial enterprises, which allows to carry out the required control over the course of the innovation process implementation, the costs reduction of the innovation activity and optimal correction of the innovation process direction. This can ensure a systematic approach to the formation of competitive immunity of industrial enterprises in the region. The significance and attractiveness of this methodology is caused by the fact that it can be applied at industrial enterprises of any sectors of the economy, regardless of the life cycle stage of the product being researched, the company and/or the innovation process, since the composition and number of specific indicators can be adjusted by the working group both before the research and during implementation of the enterprise innovation activities (at any stage of its implementation). The implementation of the strategy of competitive immunity formation during innovative processes implementation will allow to create a model for industrial partnerships development that will ensure the competitive coexistence of industrial enterprises.
