he article is devoted to the problem of introducing the concept of lean production into the practice of industrial enterprises as a modern approach that solves the urgent task of minimizing resources in order to ensure the economic security of the enterprise. The experience of about twenty implementation projects is analyzed, common problems are identified and structured. An approach to solving the problem of effective implementation of the lean manufacturing concept for one of the large machine-building enterprises is described.
