ULTRASOUND LOCATION FEATURES OF THE ALUMINA NANOPARTICLES SUSPENSIONS IN BIOLOGICAL MEDIA This paper studies the echocontrast abilities of the alumina nanopowder suspension by ultrasonic location, which fully corresponds to the characteristics of the medical ultrasound diagnostics of organs and tissues methods. The purpose of this study was to search the possible influence of the ionic and protein composition of the biological environment on the intensity of the reflected echocontrast material based on nanoparticles. It was found that the pH of the blood assist to maximize the opportunities of the echocontrast alumina nanopowder suspensions. The stabilizing effect of serum and plasma for the nanopowder suspension through the registration of particle size in this suspension by dynamic light scattering was shown. The stabilizing effect led to the weakening of the echo signal. These data provide the basis for the development of new contrast materials based on nanoparticles for ultrasound imaging of the heart and blood vessels. The Investigated mechanisms established by the events will help uncover the processes of interaction of metal oxide nanoparticles with biological molecules.
