Problems of training and socio-cultural adaptation of migrants’ children under difficult conditions concerning inter-ethnic relations in the northern region are studied. The attitude of migrants children to situations of ethnic and national negativism at school and out of it is brought out. The social portrait of the child - the migrant viewed by the school students pupils- representatives of local population is presented. The national and ethnic parties of adaptation of migrants children are characterized. Administrative aspects of the solution of educational and adaptation problems of migrants children are analyzed.
