This article is devoted to the analysis of the state and prospects for the development of glamping tourism in the Sverdlovsk region. The indicators confirming the prospects of glamping as a type of domestic tourism were considered. The indicators showed the growing interest of the population in ecological tourism. The distinctive features of specially protected natural territories located in the region were highlighted. An attempt to make a comprehensive assessment of the current state of the glamping sphere as a specific form of eco-tourism in the Sverdlovsk region was also made. It is noted that the Sverdlovsk region has the most important resource for organizing ecotourism: nature with diverse landscapes, unique views and wide open spaces. The conclusion about the prospects for the development of glamping in the Sverdlovsk region and its high potential is made. There are many picturesque natural landscapes in the region, where unique objects of this type of ecological tourism can be built.
