The structure as well as the deformation features and the destruction mechanisms of the trabecular bone tissue in case of an impression fracture have been studied. It was found out that during compression (compression) in bone trabeculae, the separation of the organic matrix occured, a large number of microcracks appeared, which subsequently led to destruction of the trabeculae and compaction of the bone tissue without breaking the sample into pieces.
