One of perspective directions of simulation and modeling (SM) tool development is the problem - orientation, which allows to lower the requirements that presented to a knowledge level of end users in the programming area essentially. In the given work the results of comparison analysis of simulation system of business processes (such as AnyLogic, Aris, G2, BPsim), are described. On the basis of mathematical business process model is choose the mathematical model of a resource conversion processes is developed on the basis of a means of discrete-event simulation, multiagent systems and expert systems. In this work is analyzed organization of distributed works with simulation systems of business processes. On the basis of cloud computing and multi agent resources conversion process model is developed Internet-service of business process simulation. Internet-Service Development of business process simulation may reduce cost of expense on accompaniment, reduce cost of using simulation systems for end users, and reduce requirements for computing resources of user.
