The problem of preserving the health of the working population is the basis of the state's social policy. The Constitution of the Russian Federation and the labour law stipulate the employees' rights to safe working conditions and to receive information about the existing risk of health damage. The employer's duty is to ensure the safety of employees, inform them about the significant risk of health damage at the workplace, as well as to carry out measures to preserve and strengthen the employees' health. The article discusses the working conditions of different categories of employees in the field of children's recreation. Taking into account the peculiarities of this sphere, the authors analyze the working conditions of pedagogical, medical, administrative employees in this sphere. Important factors of the labour process are highlighted. They are as follows: psycho-emotional and mental stress, emotional burnout.
