The article describes the main problems and disadvantages of acceptance and delivery of executive documentation to the general contractor, focuses on the most complex and significant difficulties encountered when working with contractors. A summary of the literature and regulatory framework is given. The analysis of the software complex on digitalization and automation of all processes in the development company with the description of advantages: reduction of time resource and convenience of execution of documents. Based on the study of the orders of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, recommending to ensure electronic management of executive documentation at the facilities being built at the expense of the state budget. The cloud service that allows to reduce the time of works, minimize the shortcomings of delivery and acceptance of executive documentation at capital construction projects was analysed.
