The problem of evaluating the effectiveness of the regional executive sharply enough designatedunder modern conditions of development of the Russian Federation. This requires a complex method of evaluat ing the effectiveness of decisions, which allows to evaluate the results achieved by the executive branch and tobe quite objective, verifiable and understandable.
