Do Russian stock market prices affect the capital investments of Russian firms? To answer this question, we run linear and quantile regressions for the analysis based on panel data for 30 Russian firms at quarterly intervals between 2015 and 2021. Regressions are run on both the full sample and firm levels. Our results support the hypothesis that stock prices affect Russian firms' capital investments. Moreover, stock prices have a positive effect on increasing capital investment.
