Game in football, hockey, basketball, a futsal, etc. consists of creation of a scoring chance through the sequence of technical and tactical single combats (TTSC) and its realization. The cost of TTSC is determined by gain of probability to score a goal at its movement from a starting point to final. For correct comparison of technical and tactical actions (TTA) and TTSC it is necessary to separate delivery of a ball in a blow point through TTSC and realization of the moment. On the example of 20 games of national teams of the world and the strongest club teams of Futsal Association of Russia it is shown that the total cost of the won TTSC has correlation 0.96 from the play of the team expected by effectiveness. Communication of result of a match in five-a-side and TTA is not exceeded by 0.5-0.6 values of coefficient of correlation. Need of input of cost of the won single combat creates a prerequisite for management of a game by means of artificial intelligence.
