The author in the article touches upon the problem of modularity design of non-standard and unique building type. The key issue of the article is the idea of restricted number of unique elements at the architecture form. The article contains the analysis of the different scales of modularity at the constructed buildings and the results of the opinion poll between the specialists and the end users. From what the author says it become clear that the usage of the modules in the architecture is able to produce both unpleasant and comfortable living environment.
