The method of the rmoelectromodelation is based on a deep physical analogy between the processes of heat distribution and the flow of electric current in different media. When developing the equivalent circuit, similar to the expected steady state processing of a part (constant frequency of rotation of a spindle and feed rate of cutter), which allows service on its analogue circuit DC. Since the current of the current source remains unchanged in all modes of operation of the electrical circuit,the circuit uses current sources, and not electromotive force (EMF). The integral current source, which is a part of the analog circuit, is a set of various thermal components. The proposed system (Z - RP - D-KS), gives reason to consider it as an element of the block diagram of the control system of the thermodynamic mode of turning materials of any physical and mechanical properties.
