The work is devoted to studying the effect of gadolinium on the formation of the phase composition and structure of a heat-resistant titanium alloy after various temperature exposures. Studies were performed on samples of alloy VT18U doped with 0.4% Gd and alloy VT1-0 also with the addition of 0.4% Gd. It has been proven that raising the holding temperature from 1050 to 1300 ° C contributes to the transformation of particles with gadolinium to an irregular shape. It is shown that at different temperature exposures the redistribution of precipitated intermetallic and oxide alloys particles occurs.
