The article is devoted to discussion of the relationship problem between the Master’s programs and the regional labor market needs for the specialists with specific skills. Based on the survey results, the authors of the article offer their own vision of this problem solution. They argue that the Master’s program is a tool for flexible response system of higher education to the regional labor markets needs and the graduates’ interests.
