This paper addresses the development of an assessment method for nanotechnology, which can be implemented in public-private partnerships (PPPs) projects of the construction industry. Comparison of different theoretical and practical methods, to evaluate the implementation effectiveness of nanotechnology, was provided. Accordingly, a new methodical approach, for predication the economic efficiency of manufacturing Nanoproduction within the public-private partnerships, was developed. Also, the basic principles were created for the formation of a matrix and methodology for the effectiveness modular assessment of PPP Nano-projects. It is worth to mention that, the developed scientific methodology has the ability to carry out public-private monitoring of the effectiveness of public-private partnership projects using nanotechnology. Also, it can be evaluate the effectiveness of innovative management during the execution period of these projects. Results obtained from this study can serve as a basis for any activity which aimed to improve the effectiveness of management decisions.
