FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the extraction of rare-earth elements (REE) in the complex processing of technological and productive solutions, and can be used in the technology of obtaining REE concentrates. In the REE recovery method, REE sorption is carried out on a complexing ion exchanger containing as an active component a mixture of MonoDGA and bis [(trifluoromethyl) sulfonyl] imid-1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium (C4mimTf2N) in the molar ratio of MonoDGA : C4mimTf2N = 2÷5:1, which leads to a more effective subsequent processing of desorption solutions to obtain cleaner and richer REE concentrates.
EFFECT: increasing the recovery of rare-earth elements and the selectivity of the complexing ion exchanger in rare-earth elements.
