The tendency to increase the average age of the fleet of equipment leads to the process of managing the coefficient of technical readiness in the "technical condition" mode. Due to the large amount of information required for processing in the decision-making process, the need for the use of modern software and hardware increases. The object of the study is the park of equipment of the enterprise to provide an assessment of the labor costs required for the implementation of the normal course of the washing and diagnostic processes. The proposed technique is based on the methods of analysis, the theory of queuing and computer visual-block modeling in the Simulink environment of the MatLab application. According to the developed algorithm for preparing equipment for MRO, a number of sequential and logical blocks are envisaged, according to which it is envisaged: the implementation, through the technique, of technological operations determined by the specifics of the enterprise's work, and the process of forming the daily development of equipment is carried out; accumulation of operating time to reach the maintenance point, as well as recorded the occurrence of random failures, what in general, forms the flow of equipment? in need of MRO; formation of equipment flows, if necessary, carrying out technological operations of washing and diagnostics; carrying out technological operations at the washing and diagnostic posts; combining the flows of equipment for sending to the MRO zone, after which the equipment is sent to perform production tasks and the cycle is completed. The use of simulation modeling in the field of technical operation of the fleet of equipment makes it possible to obtain adequate experimental results applicable to the operational management of real processes, and also assumes the possibility of obtaining various dependencies that characterize the efficiency of the functioning of production as a whole.
