One of the most effective ways to exit the market economy from the systemic crisis and transition to a new technological order is to expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation of society. In this regard, the subject of this article, devoted to assessing the prospects for the introduction of artificial intelligence algorithms in various business areas, is relevant and timely. The author accumulated world experience and domestic practice of various AI models and services. The positive and negative consequences of neural networks in various business processes were identified. Specific examples and the effectiveness of machine algorithms in technological cycles are given. The scientific novelty of the research consists in understanding the results of the implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms in various business areas, which allowed to determine the main directions for the further development of AI systems, as well as to identify the range of problems, risks and threats associated with information technologies in the life of society, people and the state. It is concluded that the development of highly intelligent systems and virtual services increases the business efficiency in various areas, the overall standard of living of society, and the level of the production process management system. Artificial intelligence is designed to become an assistant and a source of improving the quality of human capital, but not an opponent that completely displaces workers from the labour market. The results of the study will be of interest to specialists in information technology implementation in economic and social relations, scientists who carry out research on the processes of digitalization of the economy, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as government bodies that study the current state of the labour market.
