The main purpose of this article is to identify the relationship between the business models of large construction companies and their ability to master and apply digital technologies and non-technological innovations. The author analyzes the business processes of construction companies in the domestic market. Today, only the largest construction and development companies are able to purposefully form and develop their business models. The share of such companies in Russia is less than 1%, but their role in the development of the industry is great. Most companies are included in national and regional ratings, which gives access to information on their history and development, geography of presence, strategy, experience of overcoming crises, etc.
