Article is devoted to the four-year project on research of ethnic and confessional processes in the territory of Central Ural, initiated by the Ministry of the general and professional education of Sverdlovsk region. Implementation of the four-year project is charged to the Center of assistance to national and cultural associations at Ural State Mining University. Research is conducted by research group of employees of the Ural State Mining University, the Ural Federal University and the Ural State Pedagogical University.
