he paper describes the implemented induction installation for heating the die equipment for a vertical hydraulic press with a force of 300 MN for stamping blades. The investigated stamping product is designated as an aviation blade and a stamping tool for its production. The regularities of the influence of temperature conditions of deformation on the structure and mechanical properties of finished products in the technology for the production of stampings from aluminum alloys are described (D1ch, AK6, AK8, 2014, 7050). The results of the study of metallographic control of the macrostructure, fracture structure and microstructure of the blade made of D1dnT alloy are presented.
