FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Disclosed is a method for targeted covalent immobilisation of proteins on the surface of a carbon-containing working electrode, characterized by immersing the electrode in an electrochemical cell containing 25 % vinylbenzyl azide in dimethylformamide, applying six cyclic sweeps of the potential in the range of −0.5 V to −3 V to form a polyvinylbenzylazide film on the electrode, electrochemical deposition of Cu0 particles into a polyvinylbenzyl azide film from a copper (II) solution and incubating the electrode in an aqueous protein suspension for 30 minutes. EFFECT: invention provides reduced duration of immobilization procedure.
