Information technologies and information acquire a global character, and cover all spheres of human life, and as a result, the issues of ensuring information security in the Internet space are becoming increasingly important. The article deals with the main threats to information security in the Internet. The author of the article classifies actual calls that accompany Internet activity of modern users. The author puts the greatest emphasis on threats of information and psychological nature, and also considers the problem of information security in the sphere of new technologies.
