The article analyzes the structure and content of offences in the student environment. The authors' opinions on the causes, signs and specific features of offences in the current environment are presented. Interdisciplinary approach allowed to explain offences in a student environment with different sciences and the object of the study has been studied. The method of theoretical analysis allowed to consider the concept of «offence» and highlight its main features. Comparative law method used to determine the causes. The concept of «offence in student environments» has been clarified; the authors classification of the causes of offences in the student environments is proposed.
