The appearance and growing popularity of sportive shows have led to the interest of amateurs in preparing and participating in the projects. Figure skating at the intersection of sport and art requires special ice training and, importantly, artistry and aesthetics of motor actions. The purpose of the study is to justify and implement the preparation of amateurs for the figure skating show. Organization of the stude: 12 pairs of participants were invited to prepare for the show "Figure passions of Revda" in 2019. One of the partners was a well-known personality and had no experience of participating in figure skating training and competitions. Research results and discussion. The article substantiates the aspects of sports training of amateurs for figure skating shows -comprehensive fitness training, ice, choreographic and psychological training and acting. A weekly training plan is presented, which will be useful for both directors of such shows and coaches.
